LOTS AND LOTS OF BUILDINGS! FROM TOYS AND STUFF; Index of Paper Buildings Posts---After a couple of requests I thought it would be a good idea to post some kind of index to all my paper/cardboard buildings posts. The only ones I didn't include here were the Keystone buildings. Unfortunately, a simple cut-&-paste from the Excel spreadsheet didn't work as it involved multiple columns which didn't format well in the blog. I ended up having to put all the info in one column for it to work, but it's done now and any further updates should be easy to keep up with. SEE THE INDEX HERE.

When we ask for forgiveness on Yom Kippur, we differentiate between the sins that we have committed knowingly and unknowingly. Our subconscious plays a significant role in our actions, to the point where it is nearly impossible for us to take stock of the impact of all of behaviors. We do our best to remain self-aware, but our liturgy acknowledges that doing so is a tall order.

Similarly, while there is little evidence that Stephen Sondheim, zichrono livracha, knowingly imbued his beloved musical with Jewish values, it is clear that they are there. HOME DEPOT REFUSES TO GO WOKE, BLM IN THE NEWS, WANTS REPARATIONS NOW!

Judge Sides With Home Depot After Company Banned Employees From Wearing BLM---Home Depot stood up against the left and refused to go woke. And guess what? It worked. A judge sided with Home Depot after the home improvement company banned its employees from wearing Black Lives Matter logos.  Administrative law judge Paul Bogas ruled that the complaint raised by the U.S. National Labor Relations Board's (NLRB) general counsel did not have enough legal grounds to advance in court.   The complaint came last year after the NLRB accused Home Depot of "selectively and disparately” enforcing workers a dress code that targeted BLM. MORE AT MSN/TOWNHALL HERE.

Black Lives Matter observes Juneteenth by calling for reparations NOW

It’s really remarkable to look back now at 2020 and how many corporations and sports teams bent over backward for the Black Lives Matter movement, donating millions of dollars and making sure the words were prominently displayed on the basketball court. We now know what a grift it all was, with co-founder Patrice Cullors buying multi-million-dollar mansions (in white neighborhoods).  Black Lives Matter soldiers on, though, and on Juneteenth, it made its demand clear: reparations NOW. We can get on board with that, if they mean returning all the millions of dollars to people who donated....READ MORE HERE
