NEW SENATE REPORT PUTS FAUCI'S BIG TECH CENSORSHIP BACK IN FOCUS

A new report released Thursday by Republicans on the Senate Committee on Health Education, Labor and Pensions has concluded the COVID-19 pandemic, which originated in Wuhan, China, was likely the result of a lab leak from the Wuhan Institute of Virology.

Bella Italia: Landscape Murals

Eleanor Kwei has been drawing since a young child. While working as staff illustrator at a Midtown book design firm, she was selected as the colorist for A.A. Milne's Winnie the Pooh story and poetry books, and went on to create line drawings in the style of Ernest H. Shepard (classic Pooh) for Dutton and Disney.

With a decade of experience rendering pastoral scenes in pen & ink, Eleanor extended the style and sensibility to illustrated estate maps, and paint interior landscape murals for homes and establishments.

Samples of Eleanor's landscapes are on view at the Croton River Artisans Gallery, November 1 through 30th.

CLIMATE ACTIVISTS IN THE NEWS AGAIN: THIS TIME THEY TARGET "GIRL WITH A PEARL EARRING" PAINTING

Climate activists targeted Dutch master Johannes Vermeer’s “Girl with a Pearl Earring” at a museum in The Hague, Dutch broadcaster NOS reported on Thursday, but the artwork was apparently not damaged.

Dutch police said three arrests had been made at a museum, but provided no details.

The artwork at the Mauritshuis in The Hague was not believed to be damaged, Dutch news agency ANP reported.

WHO CHECKS THE FACT-CHECKERS: NEWSWEEK ROASTED AFTER PUBLISHING FACT-CHECK DENYING THE EXISTENCE OF ANTIFA GROUPS

Newsweek roasted after publishing fact-check denying existence of Antifa groups

Twitter users scorched Newsweek after it fact-checked Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, for condemning "Antifa riots."

An episode of The View posted Monday featured Cruz debating The View’s hosts on the existence of left-wing political violence. After Cruz called out the "Antifa riots" from 2020, host Whoopi Goldberg replied "I don't know what an Antifa riot is."

While the piece acknowledged that over a thousand businesses were damaged in Minneapolis and there were "reports of fires after Floyd protests" in places such as Washington D.C., St. Louis, Seattle, and more, it took issue with the senator’s wording.

"While many businesses were damaged or destroyed as a result of arson, Cruz's characterization that ‘cities’ burned for a year is significantly stretching the truth, even if taken figuratively," the fact-check wrote.
