THE 2022 TRI-MUNICIPAL 9/11 MEMORIAL CEREMONY  will take place on Sunday, September 11, 2022 at the 9/11 Remembrance Memorial at Croton Landing.  There will be a procession, a moment of silence, and the ringing of the bell in remembrance of all those lost in the terrorist attacks.

The complaint was filed on Thursday by BLM Grassroots, an entity made up of 26 BLM chapters in the US, UK and Canada. The local organizers allege that the foundation, which has been a clearinghouse for donations to support BLM over the years, has fundraised off the work of the chapters, but mismanaged the funds and had shut local chapters out of decision making. Fantômas/Fantomas (Louis Feuillade, 1913) was the first of the five episodes of the mastermind criminal serial Fantômas (1913-1914), produced by Gaumont and based on the eponymous stories by Pierre Souvestre and Marcel Allain. 

Fantômas, the master of crime, terrorises Paris. Inspector Juve and journalist Jérôme Fandor take up the fight against him. The full title of the episode was 'Fantômas I: À l'ombre de la guillotine' (Fantômas: In the Shadow of the Guillotine).
