The Department of Defense on Monday identified the names of the three American service members killed in a drone strike carried out by an Iran-backed militia group Sunday. The soldiers killed were Sergeant William Jerome Rivers, Specialist Kennedy Ladon Sanders, and Specialist Breonna Alexsondria Moffett. ANOTHER SUCCESSFUL BLOOD DRIVE----Thank you for helping facilitate another successful Blood Drive! They collected 69 units, the highest number in the E----last 4 years for Croton Community Blood Drive. Once the blood donations are divided into its 3 components (red cells, platelets, plasma), they will help save the lives of 179 patients in our local hospitals. Thank you for your time and support towards another life-saving campaign. The next drive will be Saturday, Feb. 24 at the Croton Free Library from 10 am to 4 pm.

Croton-Harmon: decrease of $63,045 which is a cut of 1.22 percent and Hendrick Hudson: increase of $2,316,624 which is an increase of 25.46 percent!
The statewide total increase is 2.1 percent, so what is happening is that the money is being shifted— not cut.
