MATT VESPA--HERE'S WHAT DROVE THE TRANSGENDER NASHVILLE CHRISTIAN SCHOOL SHOOTER TO VIOLENCE

Nashville, Tennessee, is still reeling from the horrific shooting at the Covenant School, which left six people dead, three of whom were children. The private Christian school was targeted by Audrey Hale, whom we’ve learned was transgender. Hale was shot and killed by police in the attack, but he, Hale identified with male pronouns, was armed with two AR-15-style rifles. This story would have dominated the news cycle for days if this were any other situation, like Hale being a white guy.

Instead, it’s a situation where the Left can’t score major political points or hurl trite talking points about gun control. Networks are running for the exits over this story,.....MORE AT Here's What Drove the Transgender Nashville Christian School Shooter to Violence (townhall.com)

SOCIAL CONTAGION IS MAKING TEEN GIRLS DEPRESSED----AND TRANS

RICH LOWRY===SOCIAL contagion is making teen girls depressed — and trans

We are going to look back years from now and wonder how, as a society, we failed young girls so badly.

Between social media and fashionable gender theories, we are making teenage girls depressed, anxious and trans.

In a Substack essay the other day, a mother wrote of her daughter, “She was among the last of her small group of biologically female friends to socially transition. It was mid-pandemic, and she spent most of her time with her best friend, who had, unbeknownst to me, shown her hours upon end of transgender entertainment on YouTube and TikTok.”READ MORE AT Social contagion is making teen girls depressed — and trans (nypost.com)

ESPN CELEBRATES WOMEN BY DENYING THEIR EXISTENCE

ESPN ‘Celebrates’ Women By Denying Their Existence BY: JORDAN BOYD MARCH 27, 2023

Instead of celebrating the hard work and skill of female athletes, ESPN is dead set on erasing them and replacing them with men.

There are hundreds of thousands of talented female college and professional athletes in the U.S. who deserve recognition for their hard work, skill, and talent — but ESPN chose to celebrate this year’s Women’s History Month by boosting the resume of a man.

Over the weekend, ESPN ran a special segment recognizing Lia Thomas, a male swimmer who invaded women’s sports in 2021. What did Thomas do to land a spot as poster child for ESPN’s supposedly pro-woman campaign? He was the first man to clench an NCAA Division I women’s championship. THE CROTON HISTORICAL SOCIETY FACEBOOK PAGE REMINDS US THAT Inez Milholland lived in the house on Alexander Lane that was built as the administration building for opera diva Lillian Nordica’s planned opera house and school. Milholland moved there in 1913, after her marriage to wealthy coffee importer, Eugene Boissevain. She died just three years later in California at the age of 30, her husband at her side.

In 1923 Eugene Boissevain married poet Edna St. Vincent Millay in Croton, at a private ceremony in the garden at the home of artist Boardman Robinson on Mt. Airy Road South.
