BY SPECIAL REQUEST--ACADEMIC WHOSE WORK WAS CITED AS PROOF OF SYSTEMIC RACISM IS FIRED FOR FALSIFYING RESEARCH

The Florida professor below was quoted quite a bit by the DEI crowd...and now....crickets....

BY SHAWN FLEETWOOD/THE FEDERALIST

A Florida State University professor whose work was foundational to perpetuating the false narrative that there is widespread “systemic racism” infecting American society has been fired for falsifying data in his academic research on the subject.

In a recently resurfaced report from last month, the New York Post revealed that Eric Stewart, an FSU criminology professor, had been fired by the university “on account of ‘extreme negligence’ in his research,” as well as “incompetence” and producing “false results” in his nearly 20 years of work. NY housing data shows where growth is booming, stalling. Search our database--Chris McKenna--New York State Team--Housing shortage? You wouldn't know it from the raised skyline in downtown New Rochelle, where a trio of 28-story apartment towers built by a single developer has risen in the last few years.

They are just part of the recent growth. The booming Westchester County city approved nearly 4,000 new homes in all over the last 10 years, the second highest total of any municipality in the state outside New York City.

Similar bursts happened around the state in those years, scattered in far-flung corners. Rochester issued nearly 2,800 home-building permits from 2013 to 2022. Ithaca wrote almost 2,200. The densely populated village of Kiryas Joel in Orange County approved a whopping 3,500. SUBSCRIBER ONLY---MORE AT Where is NY building housing? Search database for town, city data (lohud.com)

1966--VINTAGE CROTON AD---"ART OF ALL NATIONS"

Welcome to The New Everything Croton, a collection of all things Croton--our history, our homes, our issues, our businesses, our schools--in short, EVERYTHING CROTON.

We love perusing old magazine ads---and it's even more fun when you stumble upon something with a Croton reference.

Not long ago we kept stumbling upon mid-1960-to-early 1973 offerings from a Croton (and sometimes Harmon) company called ART OF ALL NATIONS.  We were intrigued---and found this from 1966.  Click on the image.
