YOU MIGHT BE SURPRISED TO FIND OUT HOW MANY PEOPLE OPPOSE THE TRANSGENDER AGENDA

Story by Christopher Tremoglie • 1h ago

Bud Light, North Face, Lia Thomas, radical gender ideology, and Pride month have dominated news headlines over the last year or so. It’s enough to make people think society has transitioned, pun intended, to a new set of cultural norms regarding transgenderism. Left-wing extremists have bombarded the population with propaganda to trick the country into believing the ridiculous notion that men can become women and vice versa. However, according to a recent poll, their efforts aren’t working, and most people oppose the transgender agenda.  READ MORE AT....You might be surprised to find out how many people oppose the transgender agenda (msn.com)

FED JUDGE SAYS EXECS DISCRIMINATED AGAINST MIGRANTS

Excerpt---read the whole article at the link below:

Román's ruling has the effect of temporarily blocking the emergency orders while the litigation proceeds more fully over the coming weeks and months.  However, it will not necessarily allow New York City to immediately begin sending migrants to these counties as part of its voluntary relocation program.

That is because there is a raft of state court litigation that has temporarily blocked the city's plans to do so, due to local zoning codes and state regulations regarding the placement of homeless shelters. Only the executive orders were impacted by Román's decision.  More at 'Racially-charged': Rockland, Orange execs discriminated against migrants, fed judge rules (yahoo.com)

IN THE NEWS---END OF THE SCHOOL YEAR WON'T END THE DEBATE OVER GENDER IDEOLOGY IN SCHOOLS

The end of the school year doesn’t mean an end to the continuing culture war clashes over gender ideology. As a member of my local school board, I recognize that these battles distract from the primary purpose of grade school education — teaching children foundational literacy and knowledge. They are also out of step with the interests of the vast majority of students and their families, in large part because they almost always arise from the prodding of activists or “allies” of narrow interest groups.

These activist groups often claim the mantel of truth as defined by “settled science” — an oxymoron if ever there was one. The evidence for what’s best for children who identify as transgender is anything but settled. The recommendations from the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) hew closely to those of the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH) and encourage social and physical transition without question. Conversely, health authorities in the United Kingdom, France, and elsewhere have all recently taken a different approach. Sweden’s health minister went so far as to label WPATH as an advocacy group rather than a professional scientific organization. And earlier this year, Norway joined a growing number of European countries in recommending restrictions on “gender-affirming care” for minors. The Norwegian Healthcare Investigation Board ruled that guidance encouraging puberty blockers and sex-change procedures for gender-confused youths lacked medical evidence and should be restricted to research settings only---MORE AT Europe wakes up to the harms of 'transgender' affirmation as the US races off the cliff (washingtonexaminer.com)
