Upp Management Buys Westchester MF Complex for $14M

Unppg Management, a New York-based private owner-operator of multifamily and healthcare properties, has acquired an 82-unit rental property in Croton-On-Hudson, Westchester County, from View Living for $14.4 million.

The rent-stabilized buildings, located at 31 Old Post Road, offer one and two-bedroom units spanning 114,711 square feet. The property encompasses three three-story buildings on a 4.6-acre land. The buyer assumed an $11.2 million Fannie Mae loan with a 3.76% interest rate as part of the deal.

Rosewood Realty Group’s Aaron Jungreis and Joe Brecher of Gebroe Hammer Associates represented the seller.
