KADLEC THROWS FAUCI UNDER THE BUS

BY ROBERT MALONE AUGUST 8, 2023

On July 28, 2023, Weekend Australian Magazine published a bombshell report based on an exclusive interview with Dr. Robert (Bob) Kadlec, the HHS Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response (ASPR) who served under Donald Trump. Basically, the subtext of the interview can be summarized as “it was all Tony’s fault, not mine.”

To many readers this may seem like just more Washington, DC Kabuki theater with a side order of limited hangout (much like the prior Vanity Fair article in which Kadlec provided a generous scoop of spin with a topping of CYA). Personally, I find this whole “inside the Beltway” rush to deflect blame for the gross “public health” mismanagement and rampant lying during the COVID crisis slightly amusing, in a twisted sort of way, but definitely popcorn worthy.  MORE AT Kadlec Throws Fauci Under the Bus ⋆ Brownstone Institute

VITAGLIANO V. WESTCHESTER COUNTY PETITIONS THE SUPREME COUNTY TO FIND THAT A COUNTY ORDINANCE VIOLATES THE FIRST AMENDMENT

Pro-Lifers Appeal New York’s Anti-Speech Sidewalk Counseling Ban To Supreme Court

Vitagliano v. Westchester County petitions the Supreme Court to find that a county ordinance violates the First Amendment.

ANNE COURCHAINE

On July 21, the plaintiff in Vitagliano v. Westchester County petitioned the Supreme Court to find that a county ordinance violates the First Amendment. The ordinance prohibits a person from “engaging in oral protest, education, or counseling” about abortion within 8 feet of a person without that person’s express consent, if that person happens to be within 100 feet of an abortion facility.

The plaintiff, Debra Vitagliano, is a devout Catholic occupational therapist for children with special needs. Vitagliano wanted to do sidewalk counseling outside a Westchester County abortion facility but was facing a criminal misdemeanor if she even spoke to a woman about alternative options to abortion. According to Joseph Davis, an attorney for Becket Law who is representing Vitagliano, Westchester County “doesn’t want women to know about other options” than abortion. The ordinance requires that “within a certain distance you can’t even walk up and have a peaceful conversation,” Davis said.

The ordinance was passed in 2022 following the Supreme Court’s ruling overturning an alleged constitutional “right” to abortion in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization. Westchester County had not seen a need to provide any “bubble zones,” areas where free speech is restricted, until after the Dobbs decision. BERENSEN--URGENT---ITALIAN RESEARCHERS FIND COVID VACCINE MYOCARDITIS RELAPSES IN TEENAGE BOYS FOLLOWING APPARENTLY COMPLETE INITIAL RECOVERY

The mRNA shots are the gift that keeps on giving. At best, we may be monitoring a lot of teens and young adults for heart damage for a long, long time.

ALEX BERENSON
AUG 8, 2023

Two teenage boys who suffered heart inflammation following Pfizer’s Covid jabs and then seemed to recover had relapses months later, Italian researchers have reported.

Both teenagers showed evidence of new heart damage from the recurrences, including high levels of proteins from injured cardiac muscle. Scans showed one boy had new lesions in his heart wall, and he needed nearly two weeks of hospitalization.

The researchers could not determine why the boys suffered the relapses, which came 8 to 12 months after the initial myocarditis episodes. They called for tighter monitoring of anyone diagnosed with mRNA-caused myocarditis - and more research to determine if young people who suffered it might face severe future complications.

Published in late May in the journal Vaccine: X, the paper appears to be the first case report showing mRNA jabs can cause recurring myocarditis, or inflammation of the heart. But public health authorities and the media, which since 2021 have played down cardiac side effects from mRNA shots, have ignored it.

Myocarditis has many causes, including viral infection and mRNA Covid vaccination.URGENT: Italian researchers find Covid vaccine myocarditis relapses in teenage boys following apparently complete initial recovery (substack.com)

LOHUD---HOW NY SCHOOLS WILL HANDLE MIGRANT INFLUX....DOES NOT APPEAR TO BE A LOT OF ANSWERS....

How NY schools will handle student influx as 'large numbers' of asylum seekers arrive
Chris McKenna--New York State Team

New York school officials are expecting an influx of migrant children in public schools soon as asylum-seeking families continue to arrive in New York City and some are relocated to hotels around the state.

With classrooms set to reopen in weeks, state officials announced Monday that they had met with New York City school leaders that day to discuss supporting school districts with the "arrival of large numbers of asylum seeker and migrant students."

"All students deserve access to an equitable, quality education," Board of Regents Chancellor Lester Young Jr. and Education Commissioner Betty Rosa said in a joint statement. "We are grateful for the work being done by local school districts and their communities in support of these families and their children. We look forward to having further conversations with our partners in government and education."

Where would asylum seekers arrive, go to school in NY?

The statement gave no details about how many new students are expected and in which districts.  READ MORE AT Schools prep for migrant students as more asylum seekers head to NY (lohud.com)
