Sorry no one seems to know who this woman is. She seems harmless----just somewhat eccentric. (Although it appears that this is a different woman from the one reported about earlier in the year.)  She was reportedly asked to leave the lot when customers complained. No other info or confirmation is available.

The House of Representatives voted to strip funding from the Wuhan Institute of Virology and partner group EcoHealth Alliance as part of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) that passed on Friday, according to the watchdog group White Coat Waste Project.
