Westchester legislative aide fired after vigilante video accuses him of soliciting 14-year-old

Westchester County lawmakers are facing questions about keeping an aide on the payroll for months — despite being tipped off to a video that allegedly showed him trying to meet with who he thought was a preteen girl.

Legislative staffer Anand Singh, 33, was fired on April 13, months after at least three lawmakers — including the board chairwoman — on the Democratic-heavy Board of Legislators were made aware of the caught-on-tape allegations stemming from a December incident.

The video purports to show Singh allegedly traveling to New Jersey to meet with what he believed was a 14-year-old girl after the two exchanged sexually explicit text messages.  MORE AT Westchester legislative aide fired after vigilante video accuses him of soliciting 14-year-old (nypost.com)

THUNBERG'S BOOK....IN THE NEWS

Greta Thunberg’s book shows just how empty the climate celebrity is BY CALVIN ROBINSON

“The Climate Book” is cleverly labeled “Created by Greta Thunberg.”

The Swedish climate celebrity doesn’t take authorship or editorial credit because the book is a collection of the ramblings of predominantly hard-left political activists.

If this book were released by people aligned with the right, it would have been disregarded as an assortment of conspiracy theories. It covers every woke talking point, from climate refugees to equity.

Let’s focus on Olufemi Taiwo’s chapter on Climate Reparations, which is entirely separate from Jacqueline Patterson’s essay on Environmental Racism. MORE AT Greta Thunberg's book shows just how empty the climate celebrity is (nypost.com)
