A spokesperson for the Westchester County Legislature says she received a letter from the district attorney requesting documents regarding the board’s knowledge of a former aide’s alleged attempt to solicit a minor. Catherine Borgia says she fired Anand Singh after becoming aware of a video depicting the alleged incident. The DA’s office says they began an investigation after learning about the accusation last Friday.
