MINI BUS GUIDED HISTORY TOUR
Hop on the mini bus and join Village Historian Mark Cheshire for a Guided History Tour. Discover the historic homes, schools, churches and businesses that shaped our Village. Along the way you’ll learn about the Stone Houses, the pre-highway business district along Riverside Avenue, the Nikko and Mikado inns on Nordica Drive (both speakeasies during Prohibition), Croton’s lost Quaker cemetery and much more.

In the meantime, if you simply MUST knit or crochet, there's the Prayer Shawl Ministry at Holy Name of Mary. The Prayer Shawl Ministry gives handmade knitted or crocheted shawls to seriously sick parishioners or their loved ones.

OBITUARY FOR LONA ANDERSON
Lona Roberta Anderson, a resident of Croton-on-Hudson, NY, passed away on June 9, 2024. Lona was born on February 22, 1946 in Oakland, California to the late Robert P. and Elizabeth (Fagan) Anderson. Before her retirement, Lona worked as a social worker for many years for Westchester County.
