Dr. Anthony Fauci remains in the spotlight months after leaving his post as President Joe Biden's top medical adviser, as Republicans investigate COVID-19’s origins and Fauci himself, and as the scientist pushes back.

Fauci has become a lightning rod as the public face of the Trump and Biden administration's responses to the pandemic and due to his defenses of U.S. government funding of coronavirus experiments in Wuhan. Dad dresses as Julius Caesar at school board meeting to protest teacher’s gender-fluid attire

A Concord, New Hampshire, father who was banned from occupying an elementary school’s property dressed up as Julius Caesar at a school board meeting on Monday to drive his claims that a public school district is “facilitating gender confusion.”

“I am Caesar. Julius Caesar of Rome, the emperor. I am also a female,” Michael Guglielmo said. “Does anybody here believe that? That I am Julius Caesar? Anybody believe that? No, of course not. NEW FROM EFSP---RUSSELL MERRITT HAS DIED

American film historian Russell Merritt passed away on 2 March 2023 at age 82. Merritt wrote a groundbreaking dissertation on D.W. Griffith, co-wrote two books on the early work of Walt Disney and was a fan of Sherlock Holmes. Russell and his wife Karen were friends with Ivo Blom and we often met in Pordenone at the Giornate del Cinema Muto.
