VILLAGE OF CROTON-ON-HUDSON, NEW YORK
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees, Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York, at a regular meeting on September 12, 2022, to open PUBLIC HEARINGS on the following:

Local Law Introductory No. 11 of 2022 to amend the provisions of the Zoning Code of the village of Croton-on-Hudson to expand the area of, and modify the zoning regulations for and related to, the Harmon/South Riverside Gateway Area.

Local Law Introductory No. 12 of 2022 to amend the provisions of the zoning code of the village of Croton-on-Hudson to allow for transit oriented mixed use and multi-family residential buildings in the LI Zoning District.

THEREFORE, pursuant to statute, the Board of Trustees, Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York, will hold PUBLIC HEARINGS on the above on Monday, September 19, at 7:00 PM, in the Georgianna Grant Meeting Room of the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, at which time all interested parties will be heard.

The meeting will also be broadcast live on www.crotononhudson-ny.gov and Cable Channel 78.
