BREAKING; FRANK JAMES PLEADS GUILTY

The man who opened fire on a packed subway train last year, sparking terror underground and leaving 10 commuters injured, pleaded guilty on Tuesday to the gruesome attack.

Frank James filed documents last month indicating his intention to cop to a superseding indictment hitting him with 10 counts of committing a terrorist attack or other violence against a mass transportation system over the April 12 mass shooting.
