Borgia steps down as Westchester legislature chair

WHITE PLAINS – Judge Robert Prisco Friday lifted a temporary restraining order issued earlier in the week that stopped the Westchester County Board of Legislators from holding a special meeting on Wednesday.
Following this ruling, Chairwoman Catherine Borgia submitted a letter of resignation vacating her leadership position to the clerk of the board.
