On that day, Croton’s 125th Anniversary Committee and the Van Cortlandt Manor invite you to participate in the highpoint of our commemoration, and the social event of the season: BBQ, Music, & Friends on the grounds of the Manor House. But we can host only a limited number of people on this exceptional occasion, so don’t delay. Make your reservations now at: Croton125.org. You don’t want to be left on the outside looking in while your friends and neighbors enjoy the festivities.
There will be delicious catered food and drink, stirring music from around the world, exciting games for the kids, and much, much more; all along the banks of our beautiful Croton River. Hobnob with a wide swath of Croton residents and stroll the elegant paths trod by George Washington, Ben Franklin, and the elites of seventeenth and eighteenth century New York. And for the historically minded among you, we will offer limited tours of the Manor House.
Don’t forget that many people waited too long to reserve tickets for our opening event in February—Happy Birthday, Croton—and were precluded from attending that performance, which is still being talked about around town. Don’t let that happen to you this time. Round up your family, call your friends, and make your reservations today, before all of the spots are sold out. I promise that you will not be disappointed!
