New Grand Juries Won’t Be Convened in Henry, Chamberlain Shootings

An independent review into the police shootings of Pace University student DJ Henry, above, in 2010 and Kenneth Chamberlain Sr. in 2011 found there was no legal basis to convene another grand jury in each case.
