The latest iteration of the Katz/Regan low income/affordable project---July 2023--click on the photo.  The blog continues receive many questions and comments about the changes that have occurred at the site. These are best directed to officials.

Questions about whether or not taxpayers must bear the costs of any additional streetlights and crosswalks must be referred to village officials.

Questions about exactly how many new residents, parking, etc. this project will result in must be referred to village officials.

Setback questions must be referred to officials.

Please note--there have been site plan changes. Consult the village AND/OR planning board minutes for the latest iteration.

Please note---these units are NOT reserved for Croton residents, teachers, empty nesters, etc. contrary to online chatter.

Please note---there are income requirements. 

Please note--the rumors that a public park is being created at this site---are just rumors.  While unlikely, these questions should be referred to officials.

Since it was asked---33 "units" are anticipated at the site---but the site/project has undergone many changes and you should confirm this with officials.
