Request-Only Plastic Utensil Law Effective on Saturday in Westchester

A poster that Westchester County is providing to every food-service establishment in hopes of educating the public about a new law going into effect that intends to sharply reduce the volume of plastic utensils and other items.

    Local place just stopped doing any hot food that needs a utensil. Everything is wraps or sandwiches. This way they don't risk any probs or complaints, but now the menu is very limited. The hand of big gummit.
