YES ....TODAY IS NATIONAL SCOTCH TAPE DAY

It's National Scotch Tape Day! Today we take it for granted---but back in the day, it was all the rage!

The precursor to the current tapes was developed in the 1930s in St. Paul, Minnesota by Richard Drew to seal a then-new transparent material known as cellophane.
