Peekskill man accused of petit larceny at Croton's ShopRite heads to drug court----Veteran Dale Page, who was arrested at ShopRite in January for allegedly stealing from the store, could avoid jail if he succeeds in Peekskill Judge Reginald Johnson's tough rehab program.
