The blog has had numerous requests for "The Village of Croton's Zoning Map"; here it is, sliced in two for easier viewing---click on the images below---but please note, it is valid ONLY up until JANUARY 2023. That is, to our knowledge, the last time it was "revised" for public consumption. It will not reflect projects that have yet been completed, are planned, or are in the works.
Questions about where the "floating zones" for low income/affordable/multi-family housing are, must be referred to staff and/or village officials.

They have also isolated one acre plots in Harmon I heard. Is this true?
