Readers have made many comments and have numerous questions about the Katz/Regan project and additional costs. Really, you need to address these questions with staff and/or officials.  Comments are not going to be printed here without substantiation of some sort.  Many of us ask staff for info from time to time.  We generally get a response without the need for a foil.
