A very low turnout nevertheless provides strong margins for propositions and unopposed Board of Education candidates

    Thanks. There's a reason why electric cars aren't everywhere. A cousin has a Tesla but it is a weekend car. The real car that does all the hard work, pick-up of the kids, and other errands, is an old gas guzzling SUV.
