The blog is receiving questions about the taxes this site will pay.  The developer has what is known as a PILOT, PAYMENT IN LIEU OF TAXES. These questions are best answered by vlllage officials and/or staff. You can also see this Gazette article; back copies are in the library. The paper is not available online. LINK BELOW:

Questions about whether or not taxpayers must bear the costs of any additional streetlights and crosswalks must be referred to village officials.
