It was a full house at the Croton Yacht Club last Friday. There was hardly a seat left as 70 Croton Senior Club members attended their "welcome summer event". Ten feet of American and Italian wedges plus delicious salads from the Croton Mini Deli, cold drinks, a 50/50 raffle and topped off with cake and coffee. Everyone had a great time. Thanks to Dennis Kooney and the Yacht Club for their help and hospitality in making this a successful party.
The Croton Seniors are always happy to have new members join and enjoy club activities. Contact the recreation department at 914-271-3006 or club president Bob Anderson 914-271-3168 for more information. The seniors meet at the municipal building at 11 a.m. Fridays and at Senasqua Park on the last Friday of the month during the summer.
