GGetting a lot of comments and questions about the Katz/Regan/Croton Housing Network low income/accordable housing project and their "pilot" arrangement. 

Quesions about the tax status of this entity are best referred to the village staff and or officials directly.  The developer receives significant tax breaks.   You can also see this Gazette article; back copies are in the library---but bear in mind that the project may have changed since that time---
