TOWN OF CORTLANDT PHOTO ALBUM---JIM MARTIN AVIATION PLAYGROUND---GRAND OPENING---Supervisor Dr. Richard Becker and Town Board welcomed all the kids to the newly renovated Jim Martin Aviation Playground at Cortlandt Waterfront Park! The land was previously owned by aviation enthusiast Jim Martin who owned the 6-acre seaplane aircraft base and other waterfront property.
