    They were touting that this is "strictly the beginning" and that "no actual decisions are being made" other than to start the SEQRA process, which we all know is BS because they fed us the exact same messaging in February 2020 when we were all against Katz and South Riverside. As far as decorum, outside of the one and only person who was substantially "for" this (who was an obvious plant because of her affiliations with affordable housing groups), the group held good decorum despite the fact that for the majority of the meeting, the air conditioning "wasn't working."
