SEVERE DELAYS ON NJ TRANSIT IN AND OUT OF PENN STATION

Severe delays on NJ Transit in and out of Penn Station during fare holiday---NEW JERSEY (PIX11) – NJ Transit is severely delayed in and out of Penn Station Thursday morning, according to officials.
