SIGNIFICANT LOS ANGELES EARTHQUAKE

A major earthquake has rattled California with Los Angeles residents warned to brace for aftershocks. The U.S. Geological Service said a magnitude 4.6 earthquake struck the Los Angeles area today. The quake struck the area at about 12:20pm local time and was felt in surrounding areas, such as Studio City.
