The Oak & Avery Group recently announced the sale of “The Amberlands Apartments,” a 144-unit multifamily complex in Croton-on-Hudson, New York. This off-market transaction marks the first sale of the assets since its construction in the 1970s. Anthony Watkins, president, and David Algarin, vice president, represented both the seller and the buyer in the $31,000,000 all-cash transaction.     A cousin lived there before they bought their house over near the Dam. Said it changed a great deal.
