For nearly two years, the Finkelstein family has been working on plans to rezone and redevelop the property at 1 Half Moon Bay Drive. Village officials have known all along, but failed to tell us.

Village records received via the NY Freedom of Information Law, along with county mortgage records, tell a surprising story that has been kept hidden until now.     Thank you for going the extra mile and getting the documents from the village. I don't think anyone is surprised after what's on Maple.
