ANOTHER SPECIAL MEETING---LOT A SALE????????

A special meeting of the Board of Trustees has been scheduled for Wednesday, March 6 2024, at 6:30 p.m. Please note that the meeting will be conducted in the Georgianna Grant Meeting Room at the Stanley H.     Is it legal for the Board of Trustees to claim they need to go into an executive session because their discussion might impact the market value of property??? Do we know if this is indeed a legitimate reason? At what point do we complain to NY State?
