A few readers recalled seeing this some years ago but could not remember the details. The document in question has now been found and it is posted below along with the link. Click on the images. It concerns "TOD Analyses for Parcels" in the Croton Point Avenue etc. area---the theme being of course, housing. Additional questions must be referred to village officials.

Gee I wonder if the businesses in the area were informed? We're all too busy trying to make a living to notice everything that goes on in meetings, work sessions, the planning board, the zoning board and the village board. I guess that's what they're counting on. And I guess this is why Croton Point Avenue got so many lights, at mostly our expense.
