MORE ON JUDGE JOHNSON; THE EXAMINERS NEWS--Peekskill City Court Judge Reginald Johnson has turned in his gavel after being formally charged with acts of misconduct.
According to the New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct, Johnson, the first African American judge in Peekskill’s history, who has served on the city’s bench since 2014, will resign effective Sept. 30 and “agreed never to return.” MORE AT Peekskill City Court Judge Resigns Over Misconduct Charges | The Examiner News
