Is three-and-a-half minutes of free speech so repugnant to Mayor Pugh as to warrant expulsion from a village meeting?

I understand that there is a bit of history between Mr. Pugh and Mr. Riely, and that Mr. Riely can be a bit long-winded on occasion.   1. I must not have been paying enough attention to what our mayor does for the state senator. He’s the Chief of Staff? How can this not be some sort of conflict of interest? The mayor of a community which is served by this very state senator. Makes one wonder about the agenda he pushes forward in Croton.
